Impossible Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into about 1/2-inch cubes and softened
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease glass pie plate, 9 x 1 1/2-inches. Beat milk, sugar, vanilla, eggs and baking mix 15 seconds in blender on high.
    Add cream cheese.
    Beat on high 2 minutes.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.
    Cool.
    Serves 6 to 8.
