Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits, cooked as directed on pkg.
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 or 4 eggs
Preparation
    Cook grits.
    Add margarine, cheese, seasoned salt and pepper while grits are hot.
    Cool, then beat in eggs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in flat dish, 2-inches deep, until golden brown.
