Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. chuck roast
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    3/4 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour on top of roast and bake at 350\u00b0 for 4 hours until meat falls apart.
    Remove bones and skin and place back in oven until sauce is almost absorbed.
