Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. hot pork sausage
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    3 stalks celery (single), chopped
    3 or 4 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. cooked eggplant
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions, bell pepper, celery, sausage and ground chuck until tender.
    Add all other ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into 9 x 11 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
