Roast Beef Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 lb. beef roast
1 pkg. onion gravy mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 potatoes
8 carrots
Preparation

Sprinkle dry onion gravy mix on bottom of pan.
Set meat on top of dry mix.
Pour half of mushroom soup over roast.
Place peeled carrots and potatoes (halved) on top of roast.
Pour rest of mushroom soup over potatoes and carrots.
Cook at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
