Dieter'S Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. stoneground, yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. cultured nonfat buttermilk
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder and soda in a medium bowl.
    Stir well.
    Add beaten egg and buttermilk.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour batter into a 9-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until cornbread is golden.
    Yields 9 servings.
