Mom'S Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 ripe tomatoes, quartered
    1 large onion
    1 small carrot, sliced
    1/2 c. jalapeno (no seeds)
    6 bell peppers, seeded and quartered
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. noniodized salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Place vegetables in processor one at a time to chop.
    Place in large saucepan and add seasonings.
    Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
    Pour into pint jars and seal; process in boiling water for 15 minutes.
