Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb Ground beef
    1 12 oz jar chunky salsa
    1 c sweet corn, drained
    3/4 c mayonnaise
    1 tbsp chili powder
    2 c tortilla chips
    2 c (8 oz) Natural shredded Colby, Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meat; drain.
    Stir in salsa, corn, mayonnaise, and chili powder.
    Layer half of each:
    meat mixture, chips, and cheese in 2 qt casserole.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes, if desired.
