Tabbouleh - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cracked wheat
1 bunch parsley
3 tomatoes
1 bunch scallions
1 tsp. dried mint or 4 tsp. chopped fresh
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation

Soak cracked wheat in water for 30 minutes.
Dice parsley, scallions and tomatoes.
Squeeze out cracked wheat and mix with spices, lemon juice and oil.
Add diced vegetables and mix thoroughly.
(Diced vegetables are parsley, scallions and tomatoes.)
