Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place cauliflower in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
Add water. Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave on High for 8 or 9 minutes or until tender and crisp.
Combine salad dressing, onion and mustard in bowl.
Spoon over top of cauliflower.
Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on roast for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to heat topping and melt cheese.
Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
