Cherry Coffee Cake Internationale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cherry pie filling
    streusel topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray two 9-inch round cake pans. Cream together margarine and sugar.
    Beat in eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add extract.
    Combine flour and soda; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
    Divide batter into pans; spread fruit on top.
    Sprinkle with streusel topping.
    Bake 25 to 35 minutes.
