Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. apricots
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in butter and cream cheese until coarse. Add coconut and preserves, mixing well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool.
Spread each cookie with frosting. Top with pecan half.
Makes 3 dozen.
