Summer Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced green cabbage
1 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 ribs celery, sliced in thin sticks
1/2 c. thinly sliced red onion
2 tsp. celery seed
4 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
4 tsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, celery and red onion.
Set aside. Stir together the remaining ingredients and toss with the cabbage mixture.
