Potatoes And Artichokes, Greek Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 lb. new potatoes
    2 c. chicken stock
    3 c. frozen artichokes
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in the oil lightly.
    Add parsley, potatoes and chicken stock.
    Cook, covered, until potatoes are barely tender.
    Add artichokes; simmer, covered, for another 10 minutes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
