Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large potatoes
1 small onion, sliced thin
butter or margarine
milk
flour
salt
pepper
Preparation

Slice potatoes thin and put one layer in bottom of casserole dish.
Slice onion and make second layer on top of potatoes.
Add salt, pepper, small chunks of butter and sprinkle with flour. Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
Pour milk in casserole dish until you can see it coming up on the sides of the casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are done, about one hour.
