Arkansas Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sliced \"Streak 'O Lean\" salt pork (allow 2 pieces per person)
    3 Tbsp. honey
    buttermilk
    flour
Preparation
    Rinse Streak 'O Lean in cold water, then put in a mixing bowl. Cover with cold water.
    Add honey. Let stand at least 1 hour. Remove one piece at a time and coat with buttermilk.
    Roll in flour and fry in a shallow amount of oil until crisp.
