Texas Hash(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
3 large chopped onions
1 large diced green pepper
1 lb. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. whole uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Brown turkey, onions and pepper until tender.
Mix with the remaining ingredients and put into covered casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 4 servings.
