Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. flour
4 eggs
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated sweet potatoes
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
can also add 1 c. chopped prunes

Preparation

Blend sugar
and
oil; add eggs and beat well.\tAdd all dry ingredients;
blend
thoroughly.
Add
sweet potatoes and vanilla and
mix
well;
bake in well-greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0.
Can also be put in baking pan (optional).
Cream cheese icing is good on cake also.
