Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts
    2 c. cooked chicken
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. assorted, cooked vegetables (peas, carrots, lima beans, potatoes)
    dash of sage or thyme
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Prepare dough and bake bottom crust for 8 to 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in large
    pot, then add flour and mix well. Add milk, broth,
    salt
    and
    pepper.
    Stir\tover medium heat until thickened.\tAdd more flour if needed.
    Turn heat to low and add chicken and
    vegetables.
    Stir to combine and pour into pie shell. Cover with
    rolled dough.\tBake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
