Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. meat stock consomme or bouillon
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix beef, sausage, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Combine bread crumbs and milk; add meat to mixture.
    Form into small meat balls.
    Brown in a small amount of oil in skillet.
    After meat balls are brown, remove from pan and saute onion in same pan.
    Stir in flour; add meat stock, put meat balls back into mixture and simmer 1 hour. When ready to serve, stir in sour cream.
