Cheese Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. flounder or haddock
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cut fish into 4 or 5 pieces.
    Add butter to shallow baking dish.
    Place in 375\u00b0 oven to melt.
    Mix crumbs, cheese and salt. Spread mayonnaise on one side of fish and roll in crumb mixture. Repeat on the other side.
    Remove the baking dish from oven and arrange fish in single layer.
    Turn fish to coat with melted butter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
