Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 sq. chocolate
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil sugar and water for 2 minutes.
    Add salt and cornstarch, dissolved in a little cold water.
    Boil and stir until clear and smooth.
    Melt chocolate in a little hot water; add to syrup.
    Cook for 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla.
    Serve hot.
