Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
2 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1/3 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In a bowl, combine flour and next 5 ingredients (set aside). Beat sugar and oil.
Add eggs, water and pumpkin.
Beat well.
Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and blend.
Add nuts.
Pour into greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
