Saucy Beef Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sirloin or chuck steak
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. currant jelly
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
brown gravy mix
parsley flakes
Preparation

Cut steak in thin strips; brown in butter.
Stir in water, jelly, lemon juice and gravy mix.
Heat to boiling; sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Makes 4 servings.
