Pecan Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan halves

Preparation

Beat egg white.
Add light brown sugar and vanilla.
Stir in pecans until well coated.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 6 minutes.
