Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 slices of bread, cubed
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. cooked sausage or cubed ham
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Place bread cubes in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan; sprinkle with 1/2 cheese, then crumbled sausage or ham.
Beat eggs; add milk and spices.
Pour over ingredients in pan and sprinkle rest of cheese over.
Drizzle melted butter over all. Refrigerate overnight.
Cover loosely with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until eggs are set.
Serves 6 (x 4 for \"Firehouse serving).
