Coffee-Scotch Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 tsp. instant coffee powder
1 c. vanilla ice cream, softened
1/4 c. coarse graham cracker crumbs

Preparation

Prepare pudding mix following package directions.
Pour into 4 dessert dishes.
Chill for short time, if desired.
