Rhubarb Slush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cups chopped rhubarb
    8 cups water
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    3 cups sugar
    1 6 oz. pkg. raspberry jello (or strawberry)
    2 cups vodka
Preparation
    Boil rhubarb, lemon juice and sugar until mushy. Strain if desired. Add jello and vodka. Freeze. To serve fill glass with slush and add 7up.
