Lemon Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small new potatoes (unpeeled), sliced
    2 carrots, cut into thin strips
    1 zucchini, sliced
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes and carrots in a vegetable steamer over boiling water.
    Cover and steam 8 minutes.
    Add yellow squash and zucchini.
    Cover and steam 2 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Place vegetables in serving bowl.
    Combine butter and remaining ingredients; pour mixture over vegetables, tossing gently.
    Makes 6 servings.
