Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. grated carrots
1 lb. hamburger, browned
2 1/4 c. cooked stuffing
1/2 c. sour cream
2 medium zucchini
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 tsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Boil zucchini until tender; drain.
Brown onion and carrots in frypan with butter.
Combine zucchini, carrots, onion, stuffing and hamburger and stir well.
Mix sour cream and soup well and mix with the rest.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
