Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can kidney beans
1 head lettuce
4 to 6 tomatoes
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 (10 to 12 oz.) tortilla chips
1 pt. Thousand Island dressing (more or less can be used to taste)
optional: sour cream, salsa, hot sauce or onions
Preparation

Brown hamburger.
Add taco seasoning and kidney beans.
While this cooks, chop lettuce and tomatoes and grate cheese.
In chip bag, crush chips.
Right before eating, mix burger mixture, chopped vegetable mixture, crushed chips and Thousand Island dressing.
