Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. chopped onions or scallions
Preparation
    Remove mushroom stems and chop.
    Combine chopped stems, cheese, margarine and onions.
    Fill mushroom caps with the mixture.
    Broil 2 or 3 minutes or until top of filling is lightly brown.
    Serve hot.
