Pistachio Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip non-dairy topping
    1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. pecans or walnuts
    1 small box pistachio pudding
Preparation
    Combine both cans of pineapple in a large bowl, including undiluted liquid.
    Sprinkle pudding on top and do not mix.
    Let sit for 3 minutes.
    Fold in Cool Whip, coconut and nuts.
    Pour into graham cracker pie crust and refrigerate for 3 hours.
