Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. plain flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 1/2 c. cooked and diced chicken
    1 small jar pimento
    1 small jar mushrooms
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine; blend in flour.
    Brown, then add broth, milk and water mixed together.
    Cook and stir until thick.
    Add salt, rice, chicken and vegetables.
    Pour in 11 x 18-inch glass pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
