Peach Pan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. firm fresh peaches, sliced medium thickness
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Bring water to a boil for a few seconds.
Add peaches and simmer while making pastry.
Line sides of baking dish with pastry.
Pour in peach mixture.
Cover top with pastry.
Make a slash in center of pastry.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
