Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    flour
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 c. crushed crackers
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Combine mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and salt.
    Dip chicken in mixture then roll in flour.
    After chicken is lightly coated, dip in the egg.
    Roll in the crushed crackers.
    Melt butter in sheet pan, then add chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until center is not pink.
