Hash And Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can Mary Kitchen roast beef or corned beef hash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    dash of salt
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix hash, onion and egg. Prepare muffin batter; add salt and cheese. Spread half the muffin batter in greased 8-inch square pan. Spread on hash mixture; top with remaining batter. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven about 25 minutes. Cut in slices or squares. Serves 4 to 6.
