Cheesy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick margarine
1 pkg. chicken fillets
Preparation

Cut chicken in bite size pieces.
Mix cracker crumbs and cheese together.
Dip chicken in melted margarine.
Roll in crumb mixture.
Mix soup, water and sour cream.
Pour some soup mixture into bottom of casserole dish.
Put in chicken. Add remainder of soup mixture over top. Sprinkle remainder of cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 1 hour.
