Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can or 1 lb. whole corn, 10 oz. frozen corn or 4 ears corn
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 scant tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter or melted margarine
Preparation

Cook and stir onion and pepper in 2 tablespoons butter until tender.
Remove from heat.
Stir flour and seasonings.
Cook over low heat until bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in milk and egg.
Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.
Combine cracker crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter.
Sprinkle evenly over corn mixture.
Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
