Cheese Straws - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
3 sticks butter
1 tsp. red pepper
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Cream butter; mix in cheese and flour combined.
(In blender, mix 1/4 at a time.)
Roll out thin and either cut into sticks about 4 inches long and 1/2 inch wide or into 1-inch rounds.
Bake at 375\u00b0 on an ungreased cookie sheet for about 10 minutes.
