Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. prepared instant mashed potatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. butter
Preparation
-
Prepare potatoes as directed.
Combine all ingredients except butter.
Mix well, form into tiny balls and fry in butter on low heat.
Shake pan to brown evenly.
Yields: 48 meat balls.
