Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. rhubarb
1 c. nutmeats
Preparation

Cream sugars, eggs and oil in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk, soda and vanilla.
Add buttermilk mixture with sugar mixture alternately with flour.
Fold in rhubarb and nuts.
