Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
    bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in pan.
    Stir in milk until smooth. Add margarine.
    Bring slowly to boil, stirring.
    Boil 1 minute. Off heat, stir in cheese until melted, then macaroni.
    Pour into buttered casserole; top with crumbs.
    Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
