Diet Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) box sugar-free lime jello
    3/4 c. grated carrot
    1/2 c. finely chopped and peeled cucumber
    1/2 c. finely chopped cauliflower
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Prepare jello according to box directions and refrigerate. When nearly set, stir in fresh vegetables.
    Return to refrigerator until set.
    Best if eaten within 2 days.
