Fudge Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2/3 c. milk chocolate chips
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Boil all ingredients for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Cool and spoon over ice cream.
    Add peanuts, if desired.
    Return to freezer.
    Serve with whipped cream and a cherry.
    Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
