Chicken Verona - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    2 medium garlic buds, peeled
    1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, melt the butter (careful not to burn). Add the finely chopped garlic buds and turn the heat to very low. Pound the chicken breasts until thin.
    Cut the breasts into bite size pieces and set aside.
