Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. chopped chicken (turkey may also be used)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. American cheese, grated
    3 c. crushed potato chips (save 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; put into greased casserole and top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
