Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 c. skim milk
dash of salt
6 slices dry diet bread
2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly with milk and salt in shallow bowl.
Dip bread slices one at a time into egg mixture, turning to coat both sides well.
Saute slowly in half the butter, turning once and adding remaining butter as needed.
Cut in half; drizzle with honey.
Yields 4 servings; 275 calories per serving.
