Homemade Buttermilk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. instant powdered milk
    2 c. very warm water
Preparation
    Mix milk in very warm water until completely dissolved.
    Pour into gallon jug and finish filling with warm water.
    Let set out in warm room until thickened, usually 1 day and night.
    When thickened, refrigerate.
    Sometimes water will separate from milk; that's okay.
    Just stir before using in bread or favorite recipe.
