No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients and shortening with pastry blender until the size of peas.
    Mix together vinegar, egg and water, then add to flour mixture.
    Stir with a fork until moist.
